I think the coolest thing about S3 is that we’ve been given this opportunity to govern ourselves and to make our own magazine. That’s a pretty awesome thing! I mean, the truth is – pretty much all the tuner mags out there are badass in their own way. And they are all put together by guys and girls who live/love this industry. But a lot of ‘em have to answer to bosses who have to answer to their bosses . . . and those guys tend to be fueled by profit over passion. Great mags can sometimes get a little diluted in that corporate environment.
